The Digital Storyteller serves as the “face” of the church across digital platforms. This role is about being in front of the camera—sharing stories, highlighting upcoming events, introducing initiatives, and creating a warm, welcoming presence that reflects the church’s mission. Think of this as a modern-day storyteller: someone who helps our community see and feel the heartbeat of our church.
Responsibilities
Appear on camera for Reels, Stories, livestreams, and promotional videos.
Enthusiastically present upcoming events, ministries, and community initiatives.
Share behind-the-scenes moments that give people a sense of connection.
Collaborate with pastors, ministry leaders, and the media team to deliver timely and accurate messages.
Engage with the congregation online by bringing personality, authenticity, and joy to all content.
Represent the church’s voice and values with creativity and approachability.
Qualifications
Comfortable speaking and presenting on camera.
Outgoing, personable, and passionate about connecting with people.
Strong communication skills with a natural, friendly presence.
Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok (or willingness to learn quickly).
A genuine love for ministry and a heart to share the church’s mission in fresh ways.
