* All vans must have a driver and a driver's assistant. * All drivers and drivers assistants must be 25 years of age or older * SEAT BELTS MUST BE WORN BY ALL OCCUPANTS AT ALL TIMES! * A maximum of 14 passengers, including the driver and driver's assistant. * Use of cell phone, eating, or drinking by the driver is prohibited. * The vans must be clean of trash and restored to proper conditions after use. AN ITINARY AND PASSENGERS LIST MUST BE ON FILE WITH THE CHURCH OFFICE PRIOR TO DEPARTURE. YOU MUST ALSO INCLUDE EMERGENCY CONTACT INFORMATION FOR ALL PASSENGERS NO EXCEPTIONS. ** Church Vans are for Church functions only, no personal use is permitted.
