FellowshipOne Check-In System
The safety of the children in our care is very important to us. FellowshipOne helps us accurately
know the name of each child in our care.
Here's what you need to know:
- There are four stations of check-in computers.
- Two at Central Park (News Stand & Hotdog Stand)
- One at each stairwell leading up to the Elementary Area (Train Station Entrance)
Three stations have a touch screen check-in system. The News Stand is for New Family
Registration. A helpful Children's Ministry volunteer will be at each station to walk
you through the process.
To check in, the parent/adult will enter the last four digits of the home phone or last name
to access the family screen. Then follow the prompts until the printer generates a name tag.
The computer will generate a name tag with a random security number. Name tags will be
printed for both the parents/adults and the children. The parent/adult will need this number
to pickup children at the end of service.
FellowshipOne gives additional security for all our children and families.
Volunteering: Become part of this dynamic team. As a Children’s Ministry staff member,
we want you to use your God-given gifts and invest your talents in the lives of the children.
All volunteers are background checked and go through an integration process to ensure
they are using their spiritual gifts. For further information, contact Stephanie Earle at
searle@cbcnj.org.
